An employee was troubleshooting an aircraft from the cockpit. The employee exited the left side of the cockpit and stepped on the engine intake. When his weight shifted to his right foot, his foot slipped off the intake and he fell off the aircraft. He sustained a compound fracture to the wrist that required hospitalization and surgery.

An employee was using a crowbar to lift the back left side of a section of electrical switchgear cabinet to install a shim. The crowbar rolled, and the weight of the gear came down onto the tip of the flat piece of metal he was pushing the shim with. His left index finger was pinched between the shim metal and the concrete pad amputating the fingertip.

While testing a main rotor head an employee reached in to remove a piece of tape and the hinge started to move into the fold position. The employee's fingertip was in a pinch point at the time and the tip of the finger was amputated at the first knuckle.
